Our Prevention Business Unit is composed of hackers specialized in identifying technical security issues before those can be abused. We like to differentiate ourselves by focusing on what our customers need: expertise, relevance, rapidity, and quality. We don’t like bureaucracy and endless (online) meetings, but rather help our customers with concrete and actionable plans to control and remediate cyber risks.
What can you expect from the job?
As Delivery Manager of the Prevention Business Unit your main goal will be maintain and improve the overall quality of delivery of customer services. Therefore, you will be responsible for team happiness and efficiency, management of planning and resources for timely delivery, supporting team growth, and safeguarding the quality of the service delivery. Besides those tasks it will be important for you to manage customer accounts by monitoring customer satisfaction and ensure customer loyalty to secure the revenue generated by your team.
The team of the Prevention Business Unit is composed of security specialists (hackers) which deliver technical security assessments, security expertise and guidance to the technical, operational and security teams of our customers, and performance specialists which test and asses the performance (availability and response time) of IT systems.
Therefore, it is important for you to be able to support those technical teams, optimize the overall delivery planning but also feel comfortable handling customer accounts.
Ideally, you have experience in service delivery and account management. It would be of great added value if you are familiar with the domain of cyber security, but your team can help you get up-to-speed with such. You will have the support of the other Delivery Managers and the Prevention Business Unit Director with which you will be able to discuss potential improvements and optimization of processes, planning and technology.
As Delivery Manager you will also have ownership and responsibility for a set of customer accounts, thereby their happiness with our services and the renewal of their contracts with your team.

What kind of skills can we expect from you?
For this position we are looking for the following background, knowledge, and skills:
- Have experience in management of service delivery and therefore staffing / resource planning
- Understand technical IT services and preferably have experience in managing delivery of cyber security solutions
- Able to support your own technical team and effectively collaborate with a wide range of technical, administrative and sales staff
- Inclination for customer service, a strong sense of initiative, a positive attitude, and a collaborative working style
- Being able to advise and support customers with relevant solutions (up sale) that your team can deliver
- Have experience managing customer accounts and their respective contracts to safeguard revenue
- Ability to oversee costs, revenue, and customer projects in order to optimize financial margin
- Possess know-how and skills to keep various stakeholder happy (your team and your customers)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to report and escalate issues that you can’t handle by yourself
- Have perfect Dutch speaking and writing skills (English is a plus)
- Experience in the cyber security industry is a big plus
